After reporting a record loss of HK$8.69 million ($1.49m) in the depths of the recession in 2008, and a small turnaround profit of HK$4.6m in 2009, Hong Kong-based airline Cathay Pacific this morning reported a record profit of HK$14.04 billion for the 2010 year.
